Eyes of the Dragon 12

I have posted tutorial 12 in the Eyes of the Dragon 3.0 tutorial series to the blog. This tutorial covers updating the tile engine, player component and world classes. It is available on the Eyes of the Dragon 3.0 tutorials page and can also be accessed with this direct link.

I also started work on a new tutorial. One on creating a tile engine with JavaScript. It is based on my Knight Watch tile engine. I will be working on it over the next day or so.

What’s Next

I will be working on my new tutorial on creating a tile engine with JavaScript over the next few days. I will also be working on the Eyes of the Dragon tutorials. So, keep an eye open for new tutorials over the next few days.

My Projects

Firstly, Knight Watch has been a great project so far. It has been a very good learning experience. However, I’m going to put it on the back burner and bring Quintessential Duels back to the for front. I want to finish a project and Knight Watch is very early in development and a very long way from getting close to being finished.

Final Thoughts

I know this has been a shorter post than those recently. I almost didn’t make it. I’ve made the commitment to the blog though and want to see it become the best blog it can be. For that reason, I will be making daily posts, even if they aren’t always the longest. I will be following the same format though. Thought of the day, What’s Next, My Projects update and this final though. But, please keep coming back to the blog. There will be more tutorial goodness and other stuff.
