This tutorial picks up where the last two left on: real-time combat. In addition, this tutorial covers creating hotkeys and being able to activate spells and talents from hotkeys. Unfortunately, though, you still don&#8217;t actually cast the spell or talent. This is because the tutorial was already super long,g and I didn&#8217;t want to get into it at that point. Hopefully, the last tutorial on real-time combat will be about actually invoking a spell or talent. At least, that is the plan unless I get more enhancement requests. I would do more if I had suggestions on where to take them. Unfortunately, I don&#8217;t have a plan on where I want to go after this tutorial. Well, there will be a UX overhaul coming in the near future. Not really looks, however\u2014more the user experience in general. I want to make the game more intuitive and user-friendly. If I had the graphics, there is a lot that I would do. However, most people don&#8217;t tend to find what I find easy on the eyes attractive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My Projects<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rather than work on graphics for Forest Rush, I poured my heart and soul into tutorials. For that reason, I didn&#8217;t even look at Forest Rush. I do want to find some time to devote to it this week, though. I don&#8217;t know that I will work on graphics. I think I will work on gameplay instead. I want to make some things a little more challenging. For example, collecting coins is a bit too predictable and easy. I might use some sort of noise generator to disburse them rather than a sine curve. However, tutorials and work are my main concern right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Final Thoughts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It has been a productive few days, tutorial-wise. Three tutorials in as many days is back to my old form when I was working for myself instead of a company. However, I don&#8217;t expect to maintain this velocity through the rest of the week. I have work that needs to be done, and I will be bringing it home with me. Well, work is always at home with me because I work remotely 100% of the time. I will be working extended hours. I definitely know that I won&#8217;t be working on a tutorial on Wednesday. I have an appointment after work that is going to have me home late. Still, I want to share tutorial four in real-time combat this week.
