It was an off day, or maybe a day off. In either case I didn’t even open Eyes of the Dragon or my word processor today. I didn’t even work on the Psibernetic Games website. However, I did watch some interesting videos on socket programming with C#. I need a refresher course for what I have in mind for Quintessential Duels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Firstly, the plan is to finish tutorial 19 in Eyes of the Dragon. Once that is doing I will work on tutorial 20 in the MonoGame RPG tutorial series. Secondly, the plan is to do some short one of tutorials. I’m closing in on the map editor and I’m weighing options on how to handle it. The reason is the service control that I used to use isn’t really supported in MonoGame. There is an alternative, however, it requires a good deal of change to the structure of the editor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Psibernetic Games website and Quintessential Duels are still my primary focus. For the website, I need to write copy text. I love writing but I detest writing copy text. Almost as much as I detest writing business plans, which I am also working on. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I did touch on an old project for a bit today. It is a wellness center that tracks sleep, does journaling and other areas related to mental health. With that one I’m having a weird issue. That is that the Bootstrap CSS has randomly stopped working. Or I should say partially stopped working. Some things still work but the columns are completely fried. I’ve tried all of the solutions I could come up with but to no avail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was a bad day. I couldn’t bring myself to do any of the things that I wanted to. Instead I did things that I had to do and wasted time on Facebook and Twitter. Speaking of those platforms I am going to recreate a social media platform I made with React as the front end and PHP as the back end.
